The retreat program are for those who are willing to learn the simple teat learning about truth in Dhamma and the power to change oneself in the present moment instead of staying in the past or worrying about the future. One can develop life through mindfulness with breathing. Ajhan teaching is to encourage everyone can change their life by method of meditation and simple breathing system integrated with simple but powerful movements. With practicing every practitioners can enjoy every breath and inner movements in oneself.

With over 45 years of eastern arts experience, Master Supol Lohachitkul has developed a combination of exercises from his extensive experience in teaching, practicing, and continuous learning of Taijiquan, Yoga, and Mediation. These unique sets of exercises create inner relaxation and peace from the simple body movements and breathing. They are suitable for all age levels, particularly those of middle and senior ages. One will find and develop mindful awareness within oneself in experiencing inner relaxation and peace with joy and happiness.
To be noted: This is not a Yoga or Taiji Training Course. If you Looking for Yoga Teacher Training then please click here. The program is designed for retreat purpose. There will be 4 hours of Yoga, Taiji, and Meditation daily.
