With over 45 years of eastern arts experience, Master Supol Lohachitkul has developed a combination of exercises from his extensive experience in teaching, practicing, and continuous learning of Taijiquan, Yoga, and Mediation. These unique sets of exercises create inner relaxation and peace from the simple body movements and breathing. They are suitable for all age levels, particularly those of middle and senior ages. One will find and develop mindful awareness within oneself in experiencing inner relaxation and peace with joy and happiness.
