ORGANIC GARDEN BY CHESTNUT HILL ECOAt Chestnut Hill most of the produce used in our restaurants homegrown in our own organic garden. We have 4 plots of land where we have different vegetation; the coconut orchard, the local fruit orchard, the vegetable garden, and the herbs and jungle and wild vegetables.
For any food that we do not produce, we will try to mostly buy from local market. Food from our restaurants will use the fresh ingredients; for example, we would never use coconut milk from the carton.
