Chestnut Hill Eco Resort is open throughout the year and the climate is always agreeable. Prices are kept as low as is possible for us, making Chestnut Hill accessible for any group or individual.
WIFI internet connection is available in all common area and in rooms at Chestnut Hill Eco Resort. For day visitors, meals can be arranged with prior notice. Visitors may take self-made- guided forest treks which lead to rock pools for swimming. On prior request, guided forest treks and visits to the waterfalls can be arranged. Cliff Terrace Kitchen - (ห้องอาหารระเบียงผา) Our All Day restaurant offers both Thai and International Cuisine. We're well-known for serving delicious local Thai & international lunches and dinners. We're vegetarian-friendly; a juice bar, take-out & non-vegetarian dishes are available upon request. This is an excellent choice for all eating styles. Cliff Terrace Kitchen is child- friendly, with outdoor seating & special occasion dining. Our Thai menu selections include Chicken & Basil, Panang Curry, Green Curry, Red Curry, Yellow Curry, Massaman Curry, Tom Kha Kai, Pad Thai and several other dishes. At Chestnut Hill we take pride in providing balanced, nutritious meals for our guests. It is very important for the Resort to maintain a high standard of excellence in the food we serve; food quality is connected to a quality of life we wish our guests to experience here. The resort maintains an organic garden which provides most of the vegetables and fruits for vegetarian cuisine. Some of the fruits and vegetables grown in our garden include; Banana, coconut, papaya, sweet potato, tapioca, tomato, snap pea and a variety of other vegetables. Additionally, many indigenous herbs are cultivated by our knowledgeable staff. Drinking water: Rainwater is collected and there is an advanced sand filtration water purification system at the resort. The cafe is famous for its fresh organic espresso coffee, surprisingly delicious . This is a great place to relax and enjoy the a panoramic view of surrounding mountains. Our coffee shop opening time is from 10am-5pm daily. We offer a large meeting hall, full audio visual system, we can host diverse group activities. General Facilities and Services
Free Internet Access
Enjoy free WiFi throughout the resort area 24 hours every day to keep you connected to the world. Please however consider not to download large file or stream media so everyone can enjoy fast speed connection.
Air Conditioning
Since we are located high up on the hill the air remain cool and fresh throughout the year. We never need to have air-conditioning in most rooms. Ban Nakbud, the only cottage with air-con since it is facing sunset and can be warm during summer months. Our activity also have air-con to host big group with all day activity.
Smoking Area
Please do not smoke inside the guest’s room, common area. The smoking area is provided.
Hygiene
For staying longer than 3 nights, your bed sheet will be changed and our housekeeper will do cleaning around 10.00 - 15.00 every day. Note that we have towel reuse program and bottle recycle. Please help support this good cause.
Personal Locker
Personal lockers are provided. Please kindly request for free use from the reception. In case of importation documents, we can also keep in our central safe for our guests.
Common Area
Many common areas are for the guests of Chestnut. Lae Pa Café area, Sunset Viewpoint area, Meditation Sunrise Hill.
Amenities
Soap and Shampoo are provided in the guests’ room; however, you can check at the reception with other additional personal items.
Luggage
We are happy to keep the luggage for free but not over the duration of 30 days. Please ensure to lock your luggage is lock since we will not be responsible for any losses of damage.
Conference and Activity Hall
Chestnut Hill's Conference Hall is available on hire to outside groups and institutions for conducting workshops, seminars, gatherings, meetings and camps etc. The facilities at the retreat can service groups as large as 150 participants for day programs and up to 60 for over night stay.
