There are many islands within easy access of the Resort. Please consult guidebooks and online information. You may like to book in advance during the busy tourist season (December to March)
Sample Combination Package for Chestnut Hill and nearby Islands

Family Trip Sample Itinerary (Day1-5 Chestnut Hill Eco Resort, 5-7 Satun Islands)
Day 1: Arriving to the resort and relax, walk down to village or stream nearby. For kids’ activities bring some Frisbee, games, LEGOs. Welcome Dinner at the resort.
Day2: Cooking class and learn about the local organic vegetable at our eco resort. Visit Hat Yai Muncipality Park - Tele cabin to the hill or paddle boats at the lake. Visit the floating market and learn more about local food - Barbecue at the resort (Pre-order only)
Day3: Songkhla lake, Koh Yo fishing village, and short visit to Songkhla Zoo and water park.
Day4: Visit Namtok Ton Nga Chang Waterfall and Swim in the natural pool. Visit some local shops in Hat Yai. After that visit Central Festival - Shopping, Games and Karaoke, Ice Skating, Bowling, 4D Cinema
Day5: Go to Satun, take the boat to Koh Tarutao - Explore jungle, waterfalls, caves, dolphins, sea turtles, beaches and snorkeling
Day6: Visit Koh Lipe - White sand beaches and snorkeling in crystal clear water
Day7: Visit Koh Adang and Koh Rawi on the way back to Hat Yai or directly to Trang or Hat Yai Airport.

Adventure Trip Sample Itinerary (Day1-4 at Chestnut Hill Eco Resort, 5 tent in the wild, 5-7 Satun Islands)

Day 1: Arriving to the resort, and relax, possible to borrow bicycles, welcome dinner.
Day2: Depart early to Thale Noi Waterfowl Reserve. Visit some handicraft village. Stop for a nice dip at Lad Toi Waterfall.
Day3: Visit Koh Yo and take a boat longtail boat ride on Songkhla lake
Day4: Visit Namtok Ton Nga Chang Waterfall - Treking, Swiming and come back to resort. Camp fire sleep in a tented cape on the hill top.
Day5: Go to Satun, take the boat to Koh Tarutao - Explore jungle, waterfalls, caves, dolphins, sea turtles, beaches and snorkeling
Day6: Visit Koh Lipe - White sand beaches and snorkeling in crystal clear water

Day4: Visit Wat Matchimawat (Wat Khlang) and Phattharasin Museum. Walk through Songkhla Oldtown road to see several Historic buildings. After visit Hat Samila and the fishing village
Day5: Go to Satun, take the boat to Koh Tarutao - Explore jungle, waterfalls, caves, dolphins, sea turtles, beaches and snorkeling
Day6: Visit Koh Lipe - White sand beaches and snorkeling in crystal clear water

More about our activities
We are developing a unique and progressive Education Program for life skills and mindfulness – our activities include: Beyond the Box learning programs for Thai children, Summer camps and a variety of English workshops for school and university students.

On similar lines, health and wholeness is also deep in our soil here at Chestnut Hill Eco Resort. We offer workshops in Body cleansing, Bodywork, Meditation and Life Inquiry as well as Hikes, Vegetarian Cooking classes and Gardening.
