ROOM RATES, RETREAT RATES, ACTIVITIES RATES
We have made our rate affordable and offer multi type rooms to suite everyone's budget. The nightly rate already inclusive of all taxes. The use of the room‚ its amenities‚ maid service and water and electricity expenses are included. Breakfast is already included in the rate for accommodation booking. Lunch and dinner are not inclusive except for retreat packages. Guests can order meals from the restaurant from 10am until 7pm daily.

The rooms are available for renting long term. For availability and pricing please contact us via email directly. Please note that our deposit is 50% and charge directly upon booking. Please note for online payment by credit card, we only except Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX via PayPal. Guests do not need to register PayPal to be able to do credit card payment.

Our Room Types
Ban Tonsala: A wooden cottage on the upper hillside just below the Sunrise Viewpoint. Window facing west toward the mountains. 1 single bed. Shower and bathroom. Large balcony to walk and practice yoga.
Ban Tonsai: A wooden cottage on the upper hillside. Balcony (wide deck) for reading or relaxing. Two single beds in one room with shower and bathroom.
Ban Shawmuwang: A Lower hillside, elevated wooden cottage on pillars. On upper level, Rooms #1 and #2 – Single bed rooms. Shower and bathroom for each room. Small balcony. Hammock and reading area on ground floor.
Ban Romgaw: This is the largest lodging. There are 5 twin rooms and 2 small dormitories.
Room #7: Ground floor, with two large windows facing the mountain. Two single beds. One toilet and shower.
Rooms #1 and #4: Middle level. Each room has large windows with a mountain view. Two single beds per room. One toilet and shower per room.
Rooms #2 and #3: Middle level: Large windows with no mountain view. Two single beds per room. One toilet and shower per room.
Rooms #5 and #6: Dormitory-style. 6 single beds per room. 2 toilets and showers per room. Windows facing east with the mountain. Large balcony interconnecting both rooms.
Ban Nakbud: Perched on the western forest hillslope, with probably the best outlook of the eco resort, Nakbud offers 2 adjacent twin bedded rooms that benefit from added comfort and tasteful artisan designed interiors.
Both rooms are decorated with traditional sandstone tiled walls, slate tiled floors and stay cool and pleasant with high ceilings and large slide-screen, insect-proof windows.The rooms have no balcony but look out onto vast skies and endless forests and valleys. The twin beds face the large windows, showcasing the red-tinted sunsets and star studded night skies. Guests can delight in falling asleep to the unique sounds of the tropical nature and waking to the forest birdsong.
Each room has its own en suite slate-tiled attractive artisanal bathroom with hot and cold showers, toilet and all essential amenities.
Tonsom Dormitory: This is a large room with single beds. Maximum capacity is 19 beds. Four showers with toilets are outside, just next to the dormitory. The windows face west, to the mountains. The dormitory is on the ground floor beneath the Activity Hall.

Check In Policy : From 14:00 to 18.00, Check-out from : 08.00 - 12.00, Late Check-out : until 13:00. Room rate given on this website is inclusive of Breakfast, not lunch or dinner. There will be key deposit 500 THB upon arrival. For Airport Transfer (with surcharge), please kindly provide flight number and arrival time. The transfer car is suitable for 3 Adults, please request for a van for more guests.
Cancellation & Pre-Payment : Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to services required. For the accommodation, we require 50% payment to confirm the booking. For programs or activities booking, at least 50% deposit is required in order to secure booking. Kindly note that booking is non refundable in all cases within 30 Days of check in date for group reservation. For individual reservation, the property has a 7 days cancellation policy. Failure to cancel, postpone or no show within this time frame will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Children and Extra Beds : All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Additional Extra Bed will be charged 500 THB per person per night inclusive of Breakfast.
Additional Fees : For any service requested extras, the rate might not be calculated automatically in this booking invoice and is requested to be paid separately during your stay. Credit Card excepted are Visa, Master Card, JCB, and Union Pay.
Smoking Area : We do provide smoking area just at the entrance of the property to accommodate the needs of our guests who smoke.
No Alcohol : No alcoholic beverages (except wine) shall be permitted in Chestnut Hill Eco Resort. Corkage fees applied.
Pets : Pets are not allowed.
